The Board
What is the responsibility of the Board?
The Board is the governing body formed to, operate, manage, and maintain the various properties and common areas throughout the Community. To read about the Service Plan for the Community, click here.
The Board also provides services to the residents of Avion Metropolitan District. Some of the services The District provides are Design Review, Covenant Enforcement, and HUB rentals.
The District is comprised of a Board of Directors and assisted by a Third-Party Management Company to assist The Board in creating an optimum environment for the Community to thrive. Additionally, The Board desires to preserve the inherent architectural and aesthetic quality of the Community.
